The Peer2Peer Mentorship Program is the heart of our Neighbor2Neighbor (N2N) initiative. It connects individuals who have lived experience with incarceration, homelessness, or addiction to Mentees—underestimated entrepreneurs, returning citizens, and those facing barriers to employment.
Each peer mentor offers:
Friendship that both supports and challenges,
Discipleship rooted in prayer and shared study, and
Advocacy that opens doors to essential wraparound services.
Peer mentors are carefully trained and supervised by the N2N Program Manager to ensure the program remains accountable to its mission and outcomes.
Our Mentees are people with untapped potential and a desire to move forward. They are individuals who want to improve their lives—through employment, entrepreneurship, or community leadership—but face systemic or personal obstacles. By intentionally investing in them, we believe we can help unlock new possibilities.
All Mentees are selected based on their readiness to grow and their willingness to invest in themselves and others.
This isn’t just mentorship—it’s multiplicative discipleship. As the Mentee grows in confidence, skills, and purpose, so too does the mentor. Each gains:
A deeper sense of calling,
Confidence rooted in shared growth, and
The joy of seeing transformation in another person’s life.
Together, mentor and mentee become agents of change—supporting one another toward flourishing in their relationship with God, themselves, others, and the world.
