Neighbor2Neighbor Ministries Inc. exists to provide circles of support to our under-resourced neighbors.

Our mission is to expand the community development ministry of Highrock Church to serve underestimated entrepreneurs, individuals with barriers to employment, and impoverished households so that they may experience flourishing in their life with God and others.

To accomplish this mission we offer relational, educational, and financial resources along with the "social capital" of an extensive professional network.

We value people, and we long for them to flourish.  We believe in empowerment, helping others to work through obstacles so that they might fulfill their dreams.  For us, prepositions are important.  We work in partnership with them, not for them.  We are more interested in people and processes than we are in projects and products.  We are highly relational and friendship-driven.  We believe in the inherent dignity of all people and we are committed to their personal, relational, spiritual, and vocational flourishing.  We offer friendship first, and as our friends bump up against obstacles that hinder their progress, we surround them with a circle of support to help them through.  We value listening and we are not in a rush to prescribe our programs as a solution.  We are never in a hurry because healthy relationships built on trust cannot be rushed.
