Jerome Garciano represents lenders, equity investors and developers in real estate development, tax incentive transactions and tax credit project financing. A skilled transactional attorney and CPA, Jerome has deep and diverse experience in affordable housing, renewable energy, community and economic development projects and finance deals. With over 20 years in the low-income housing tax credit industry, Jerome specializes in affordable housing and community development finance. He has closed numerous nonprofit-sponsored real estate transactions financed with New Markets Tax Credit financing, including education, health and community services facilities. As a LEED accredited professional and with his background in design and construction, Jerome advises clients on energy efficiency and renewable energy tax incentives as well as promotes programs and tax policy initiatives for green energy and sustainable real estate development.
Prior to practicing law, Jerome managed affordable housing finance transactions for a national nonprofit organization specializing in community revitalization through real estate development, finance, and management of affordable housing. He coordinated equity and debt sources for project budgets of multifamily affordable housing financed with federal and state housing, historic and new markets tax credits, HOPE VI, HUD capital and operating subsidies, taxable and tax-exempt bonds, and other forms of debt financing.
A Neighbor2Neighbor Ministries co-founder, Joe serves as the Outreach Pastor for Highrock Church in Arlington. Before joining the pastoral staff at Highrock, Joe worked for a non-profit transportation company serving the needs of senior citizens and persons with disabilities. Joe has been a high school baseball coach, umpire and served as a senior pastor for many years before coming to Highrock. Joe and his wife Lissa have seven grown children and three grandchildren.
Anne McInnes is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. She works for the Cambridge Housing Authority. She has over 15 years of experience in the nonprofit sector. Ms. McInnes is a lifelong Arlington resident and a mother of one daughter. She obtained her Bachelor's degree from Assumption University and Graduate degree from Simmons University.
Phinney Morrison grew up in Hong Kong. She received an Ed.M from Boston University and later an MBA from Northeastern University. She worked in administrative and finance roles at Harvard University for 14 years, followed by non-profit organizations, and later at Staples, one of the fastest growing companies in Massachusetts at the time. It’s there working in supply chain that sparked her interest in getting an MBA. She concluded her career working 11 years at the Massachusetts General Hospital, watching over the finance of the hospital side (not physician side) of the budget of the Department of Radiology before her retirement in 2020. She has two married daughters living in Richmond, VA and Nashville, TN. She travels to visit them often to spend time with the five grandchildren. She is grateful to be serving the N2N ministry, playing a part in bringing Jesus' love and healing to many.
Over a professional career that has spanned more than 2 decades, Chris Roberts (B.A., Ph.D.) has had a wide-ranging career in the sciences and biotech industry. He is currently the CEO of Civetta Therapeutics focusing on the discovery and development of novel therapies across multiple diseases. Earlier in his career he was an executive, entrepreneur and scientist at companies ranging in size from small startups to a large pharmaceutical company to a venture capital firm. He has been based in Boston, North Carolina and the San Francisco Bay Area. He currently serves on the Board of Directors for Boston Collaborative, a local non-profit focused on helping and connecting Christians to effectively serve their neighbors in Boston and has also served in various leadership and advisory roles for nonprofits and churches in the communities where he has lived. Chris earned a B.A in Chemistry from Whitworth University (Spokane, WA), a Ph.D. in Organic Chemistry from the University of California, Riverside, and completed a postdoctoral fellowship at the University of Bern, Switzerland. Married with 4 children ages 17 to 25, he is a native of Northern California.
