Our Mission

We support under-resourced entrepreneurs by providing them with personal mentorship, business coaching, funding, and professional referrals so that they can flourish as a person and develop their businesses to better serve our community.

We provide tailored resources to each entrepreneur, including: 

• A circle of supportive friends for encouragement and counsel.

• Entrepreneurial readiness assessment using an assessment rubric and help developing a Business Model Canvas.

• Hands-on assistance for navigating obstacles.  

  • Experienced Business Coaches offering consultation.

  • Technical Help for specific tasks such as writing a business plan; legal; accounting; website; marketing; sales; IT; insurance; real estate; or industry-specific operations.

• Product or service exposure to potential customers. 

• Financial investment with loans, grants, or a return on investment.

  • This requires the Partner Business to develop a satisfactory business plan, financial and life review, and participation in an entrepreneurial business course with Ocean Programs or Rising Tide Capital.
